As soon as your order has been dispatched we’ll send you an email with a link to a tracking service that allows you to check on progress. Under UPS you can see the current status of your delivery https://www.ups.com/at/en/Home.page.
Sadly, in some countries, tracking doesn’t always fully cover the whole process all the way. No need to worry, this doesn’t mean that your order went AWOL.
However, if your order still hasn’t arrived after the quoted delivery date has passed please get in touch.
