You may return items within 14 days after receipt subject to the products being unused, in perfect original condition and being returned with all components.
However, sealed items which have been unsealed, such as CDs, DVDs, audio/VHS tape, PC games, and PC software cannot be returned. Moreover, the right to cancel does not apply to digital products not contained on a physical storage medium (CD, DVD, etc).
